WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:
Members of our Recruiting team create and execute strategic projects to identify and attract accomplished and diverse candidates for positions throughout the firm. The technical recruiting researcher will collaborate with recruiters and other business partners on creative and data-driven approaches to building our technical teams.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Ideal applicants will have two to four years of experience in technical talent mapping, niche candidate pool identification, and passive candidate generation within a recruiting firm, technology company, or similar organization with a high bar for talent.
• An individual with the ability to balance rigorous research with a creative approach to problem solving will excel in this role.
• Critical thinkers with exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills are highly sought after.
• We welcome individuals with varying degree levels (BA, BS, MS, Ph.D.) from any field of study, as our firm has a long history of hiring successful candidates from the humanities and social sciences.
