Based in Auckland’s CBD and working in a high performing and collaborative team of Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultants, you will work closely with Recruitment Business Partners and key stakeholders within the business to provide best practice sourcing advice and execution for volume recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Working on a range of roles within a logistics and manufacturing portfolio, you will gain excellent exposure to recruitment solutions across interesting and dynamic functions.
Using your exceptional recruitment skills, you will source top quality candidates using multi-channel sourcing tools, including our proprietary Futurestep AI tool, CPS, launched this year.
This position is a great step towards a senior sourcing consultant role, working within one our many solutions across Australia or New Zealand. Futurestep also provides many alternative career pathways for people to move in the directions that interest them – it’s in your hands!
As a recruiter with a minimum of 12 months’ experience, you will tackle large volumes of candidate applications with confidence and style.
Familiar with the best sourcing and selection tools, you will also be agile and quick to react to an evolving candidate market.
