Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively ensures the delivery of HR Processes in the BU Cluster and Region
  • Drive and implement an employee engagement strategy.
  • Responsible for performance management process implementation and improvement in the BUs/region
  • Responsible for monitoring employee compliance
  • Provide lead and lag indicators on employee concerns, attrition and correction actions to improve satisfaction & retention
  • Ensure alignment and delivery of consistent employee experience
  • Proactively drive employee communications including HR/Managers/leadership interactions and counseling and guidance to associates
  • GES Execution and developing the strategy in order to improve GES survey outcome
  • Responsible for implementation of talent management/career management Initiatives and provoke positive changes in the people management
  • Participate in strategic HR Projects cross-functionally and facilitate HR process improvements for employees/Businesses
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the leaders
  • Manages and leads a team of People Partners and acts as a member of the People Partner Management Team


  • Primary Skill– People Process
  • Experience- 1.5 to 3 years
  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
