Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Employee Engagement programs for the Business Unit
  • Facilitate Performance Management process and compliance (i.e. Goal setting, Project Exit Reviews, Midyear performance review and feedback, Annual Review processes) in coordination Talent Management team
  • Attrition control – Identify and action on “flight risk” cases, conduct Exit interviews, study the exit feedback and trend for the Business Unit
  • Implementation of Reward and Recognition Schemes, Retention program
  • Responsible for HR Engagement Metrics for the Business Unit and intervene wherever necessary for achievement of the targets
  • Ensure proper implementation of HR Policies & Practices in the Business Unit


  • Proactively ensures the delivery of HR Processes in the BU Cluster and Region
  • Drive and implement employee engagement strategy.
  • Primary skills (must have): HR Business Partner
  • Experience: 2 – 4 Yrs
  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Contract type: Permanent
