Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proactively ensures the delivery of HR Processes in the BU Cluster and Region
  • Drive and implement employee engagement strategy.
  • Drive performance management process implementation and improvement in the BUs/region
  • Responsible for monitoring employee compliance to Capgemini ethical standards and for employee discipline and grievance management
  • Provide lead and lag indicators on employee concerns, attrition and correction actions to improve satisfaction & retention
  • Ensure alignment and delivery of consistent employee experience
  • Proactively drive employee communications including HR/Managers/leadership interactions and counseling and guidance to associates
  • GES Execution and implement the approved strategy in order to improve GES survey outcome
  • Responsible for implementation of talent management/career management Initiatives and provoke positive changes in the people management

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proactively ensures the delivery of HR Processes in the BU Cluster and Region
  • Drive and implement an employee engagement strategy.
  • Primary Skills (Must have): HR Business Partner
  • Experience: 6 – 9 Yrs
  • Education level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
