As part of our ongoing commitment to employee development and developing great leaders, we are seeking a Director of Executive Development to lead the leadership development strategy in alignment with the organization’s enterprise agenda and the broader learning and development strategy. The Director will work to create a leadership advantage by designing, delivering and measuring our global executive leadership development efforts in support of helping current and future leaders achieve their full potential. In addition, the Director will be responsible for system-wide development and implementation of models, tools, and training to enhance the organization’s overall leadership capability and performance. The Director will partner with business leaders and other areas within HR to deliver a comprehensive leadership development strategy and operational road map aligned to the needs of the business. This role requires an exceptionally strong leader who has the ability to create a step function change in learning outcomes, culture and performance.
