Job Description

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Manager, Global Business HR to join our Human Resources organization. This position performs as a proactive and insights-driven partner to business leaders to lead organization and people excellence to deliver positive business outcomes. This position will also assess and anticipate needs in designated business units/geographic areas and provide integrated solutions by partnering with other HR functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to drive a culture of innovation, diversity, and product leadership.
  • Lead the people excellence strategy to ensure the business is fully leveraging organizational effectiveness, diversity and inclusion, leadership and technical capability development, high employee engagement, and a rigorous focus on process and tools to create a spirit of winning.
  • Balance business strategy, strategic imperatives, and functional goals to deliver business outcomes.
  • Operate within a global operating framework that leverages HR Operations, global Centers of Excellence (CoE’s), and standard process and systems to enable two-way information sharing on business needs, analyze trends and metrics within designated business units, and develop integrated solutions, programs, and policies in support of the business strategy.
  • Lead the talent initiatives as part of the people excellence strategic agenda.
  • Identify talent implications in business strategy, develop human capital strategies and drive business events.
  • Identify organizational needs and gaps, drive to build organizational capability and people excellence.
  • Partner with the business to drive succession planning and management by identifying high impact/critical roles, developing incumbents and successors, as well as identifying global mobility opportunities and candidates.
  • Effectively coach business leaders and leadership team.
  • Build people leader effectiveness and drive effective talent management by leveraging globally consistent talent calendar and Centers of Excellence (CoE) toolkits.
  • Lead organizational effectiveness and the diversity & inclusion strategy in business units.
  • Partner with leaders to develop organizational pay strategy, appropriately budget and manage annual pay planning process, and drive utilization of rewards and recognition programs.
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement and effectively manage change.
  • Participate with others in completing special projects as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Business HR, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Centers of Excellence (COE’s)


  • Advanced degree
  • 1+ years of experience with Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
  • Experience partnering with leaders to advance the overall talent strategy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A high level of curiosity and creativity
  • Experience living a continuous improvement culture and effectively eliminating waste and driving overall process discipline and improvement
  • Experience working within global teams and the demonstrated ability to establish and succeed with global partners
  • Knowledge of Success Factors
  • Demonstrated experience using data-driven insights and applying it to inform business decision making
  • Experience with leadership development and coaching
