Duties and Responsibilities

From day one, you will be responsible for the operational management of our Payroll team. You will support the Manager with the long-term planning of resources and participate and contribute to employee management, assessment, and development.

  • You will guarantee the operative service delivery, taking in consideration an optimal use of resources and you will further develop our services both in quality and quantity.
  • As a competent consultant, you will advise the team and the Manager on questions regarding our services and processes.
  • You will be in close contact with our partners, deal with their concerns and develop solutions.
  • Using appropriate measures, you will ensure that the information and knowledge needed for service delivery is available to the team at all times.


  • You have successfully finished your vocational training or university degree and have gained at 2/3 years of experience in HR, which gives you in-depth process know-how, especially on payroll related issues.
  • You have good knowledge in Payroll and Time management for France. This knowledge gives you a good overview of activities and allows you to coordinate a team.
  • You have a proven record of your consulting expertise and your presentation skills in both French and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • You have a good working knowledge of SAP HR and MS Office.
  • You have an open communication approach towards employees and colleagues and you are valued as a competent person of contact on operational issues.
  • You have a self-confident and friendly manner towards your customers and you enjoy working in a Team.
