Job Description

We are currently seeking Recruiters to support our client. As a member of the Futurestep RPO team, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients either on-site or off-site.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The role focuses on responding to diverse clients demands and high touch candidate relationship management.
  • The Recruiter is a highly qualified professional with knowledge on applicant tracking system, sourcing candidates, headhunting Recruitment methodologies and processes effectiveness.
  • Client Relationship Management Process Management & Sourcing Candidate Relationship Management

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree in areas of education include, but are not limited to, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, among others.
  • Experience (+ 2 years) in full-cycle recruitment, handling positions with different levels of seniority.
  • Excellent ability to conduct interactions with clients in a professional and responsive manner at all times.
  • Able to lead briefings with HR business partners to align requirements with the clients.
  • Ability to manage candidates easily throughout the recruiting process: ensuring that candidate expectations are being managed and feedback is given in time, optimizing the candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, updating records and information.
  • Ensuring the system integrity and accuracy of client reporting and analytics.
  • Delivery of reports for clients and Korn Ferry/Futurestep.
  • Experience handling high-demand in recruitment.
  • Ability to work with multiple and changing priorities, work under pressure and with specific deadlines.
  • Advanced English and Spanish level are required.
