Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust pipeline and database of qualified candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques and networking.
  • Grow and cultivate an extended network of professional contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, compensation needs and cultural fit.
  • Provide complete, accurate information to candidates about the company and position.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and records on all candidates, searches, requirements, status and internal interactions with interviewers.
  • Stay informed and on top of trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Actively participates in a minimum of one professional/community board and is an active member of at least two other associations.
  • Brief and de-brief clients and candidates.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree, preferably with an Accounting concentration
  • 2+ years of Recruiting/ Accounting/ Finance experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Self-Starter, Outgoing Personality
