Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, evaluates and resolves HR issues escalated by lower level staff members.
  • Supports HR transaction processing to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Runs and distributes sensitive reports which may include confidential employee information.
  • Provides workforce administration support to HR staff.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


This position will work within the HR Service Center and will be specifically focused as follows:

  • Recruiting Support
  • Offer letter generation
  • Applicant Tracking System status updates
  • Applicant travel support
  • Recruiting expense processing
  • New hire set-up/provisioning
  • Onboarding/orientation
  • Working with Background/Relocation Vendors
  • Creating Purchase Orders for Relocation Expenses
  • Transaction processing – employee data changes, new hires, terminations, transfers
  • HRIS Reporting
  • HRIS knowledge and experience is a must
  • General HR knowledge and experience is a must.
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Effective listening and reading comprehension skills
  • Confident phone presence
  • Typically a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to grasp information quickly and probe effectively when required
  • Demonstrated problem solving and follow-through skills
  • Computer skills and technical capabilities
  • Effective time management skills and detail orientation
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience

  • PeopleSoft/Oracle Applications
