Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Human Resources function at the BOC and Juarez, Reynosa and Nogales south.
  • Work with local management to ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as, corporate policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in the areas of succession planning and make sure is executed, talent reviews and organizational development.
  • Lead the performance and compensation year end process for the manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and implement Human Resources practices and programs that support the accomplishment of short and long-range business objectives and address identified employee needs.
  • Ensures every site has a Talent Management strategies aligned to Corporate and make sure leads the deployment of the corporate development program.
  • Periodically audit systems, records and programs.
  • Facilitate the transition of new Plant Managers to insure successful integration.
  • Provide coaching and counsel to all Plant Managers as required.
  • Insure effective employee activity and communications programs are in place and utilized at all locations. All projects and duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Human Resource/Business Administration,
  • 6 or more years in general HR management experience including 4 years of experience in talent management.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills (English/Spanish).
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to function at all levels across multiple organizations.
  • Attention to detail, high level of initiative and motivation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented and matrix work environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Graduate degree strongly preferred.
