Duties and Responsibilities

In our unit HR BASF Catalysts Germany GmbH we advise you with us on the local management of HR products and processes of the entire HR value chain.

  • You contribute your expertise in personnel planning and recruiting internal and external applicants.
  • They accompany the annual performance management process and successfully carry out personnel and development consultations.
  • As part of strategy and change projects, you implement suitable HR measures operationally.
  • It is responsible for advising on the management and operational implementation of issues such as transfers, exemptions, contract amendments, absenteeism, disciplinary action, and withdrawals.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • You have a relevant academic degree, eg. B. Bachelor or Master.
  • In your previous employment, you have already gained experience in the HR environment and have a good knowledge of business administration, the BASF organization as well as labor, social and collective bargaining law.
  • The MS Office applications, as well as SAP R / 3 (BW, HR), are sure to dominate you.
  • You understand the requirements of your customers, take into account different perspectives and communicate confidentially and confidently in German and English.
  • In conversations, you always ensure a constructive atmosphere and contribute to joint solution finding by assuming responsibility and contributing imaginatively to the team.
