You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Human Resources Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.
Qualifications/Requirements
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of HR, or HR Manager in larger operation.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
