Job Description

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will develop and operationalize recruitment strategies that deliver talent to our Supply Chain and Corporate functions. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping set the vision and strategy for attracting talent.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with business partners and Human Resources partners to develop and implement recruiting strategies and programs, which will meet business objectives for the function
  • Provide innovative and creative sourcing strategies, employ various sourcing techniques and recruiting methods to attract top talent
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment support to all hiring managers, including developing profiles, workforce planning, interview training, reporting and other aspects of the Talent Acquisition process as needed
  • Direct large-scale recruitment projects in a manner that ensures the effective selection of high quality, diverse new hires
  • Provide strategic recruiting expertise by keeping abreast with industry trends and dynamics impacting Talent Acquisition.  Function as a subject matter expert on all recruitment activities pertaining to assigned functions


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivating strong relationships, influence others at all levels, and driving change in a complex, matrix environment
  • Demonstrated people and project leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
