We are seeking a Director of Client Service to join our Interim Resources Division – Orlando, FL team.  They will play an instrumental role in business development and growing market revenue by targeting clients in the Central Florida region.  The Director of Client Service will be an entrepreneurial leader that can drive business relationships by delivering qualified professionals on a project basis to help companies manage change and accomplish important internal initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and continually develop new client business opportunities by cultivating relationships with C-Suite and Executive level management
  • Generate new business by participating in networking groups and professional organizations, direct email, phone prospecting and cross-selling existing relationships
  • Schedule and attend meeting with current and prospective Clients to increase revenue opportunities and develop a strategy for closing business
  • Evaluate client needs and provide Interim Resource recommendations, clarify the scope, identify business solutions, present qualified Associates to the Client and negotiate billing arrangements
  • Manage the engagement pipeline, minimize Associate “unassigned time” and communicate regularly with Associates regarding additional client needs and/or other appropriate engagements in the pipelines
  • Ability to respond creatively, quickly and effectively with high energy to clients’ needs and issues
  • Conduct follow-up activities with Clients and Associates to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay informed and on top of market service line trends
  • Continuously grow and expand the StevenDouglas footprint and service capabilities
  • Actively participate in a minimum of one professional/community board and is an active member of at least two other associations in the Central Florida market

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree, preferably with an Accounting, Finance or related field concentration
  • 8+ years of Business Development experience selling professional services into senior director or executive level at mid-large sized companies
  • Strong client-facing skills and effective selling to an executive, owner, and decision maker with a consultative approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Self-Starter, Outgoing Personality
