Job Description

The Diversity Talent Acquisition Lead will develop a comprehensive diversity recruitment strategy for each aligned business, taking into consideration the business need, HR strategy and external marketplace dynamics as well as Affirmative Action Plan goals and required good faith efforts. This role will also be responsible for ensuring that GSK US has the appropriate branding, marketing and utilization of social media channels to support the US diversity aspiration.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish strategies for partnering with external organizations to enhance US diversity recruitment at GSK.
  • Partner with business aligned HR leaders to agree diversity strategy inclusive of partnership with line leaders
  • Ensure plans are in place to support AAP goals for each aligned business, monitor progress against AAP goals for each aligned business
  • Assess impact of good faith efforts, develop innovative solutions to enhance ROI on good faith efforts

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years experience in diversity recruitment, inclusion & diversity, or a compliance role with an emphasis on diversity efforts.
  • An understanding of the North America diversity sector and the employability drivers operating within it.

Preferred:

  • Experience demonstrating progress against national AAP goals
  • Experience leading a team of diversity recruiters, developing broad national business aligned strategies and tracking impact of executed plans.
    Experience managing and leading targeted outreach events including national conferences; demonstrated evaluation of events for ROI.
  • Experience partnering with networks/organizations that resulted in pipelines and/or access to diverse talent aligned to various businesses across the US enterprise.
  • Demonstrated experience managing GSK relationships with external organizations in support of diversity recruitment.
  • Proven results in sourcing strategies to attract and hire talent.
  • Proven success in developing strong relationships with external organizations and internal key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build respect and credibility so as to inspire confidence at all levels of the organization.
  • A strong understanding of OFCCP guidelines, Affirmative Action Plan goals, HR, Employment and Labor Law
