Job Description

The Sr. Director, HR Business Partner will partner with the business’ executive and leadership teams of Finance, Information Technology, Supplier Partnership and Product Management, Customer Experience and Compliance, to enable these teams to meet their strategic objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategies, goals and insights into the development of human resource strategies to meet priorities and positively impact the achievement of results.
  • Develop strategies across a full range of solutions, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, learning solutions, culture and engagement strategies, diversity and inclusion initiatives, organization design and effectiveness and change leadership.
  • Lead HRBPs or partner with other HR leaders and resources to deliver strategies and solutions; create a cohesive HR team by providing leadership that engages all direct and indirect staff, establishing and managing to performance expectations, coaching and advising on career development and determining rewards and recognition.
  • Guide and coach executives and leaders in their own development and in their role as people leaders, responsible for attracting and growing high caliber talent for the organization, building benchstrength, diversity, developing an engaging culture and demonstrating our values and leadership principles.
  • Manage the overall client relationship, ensuring strategic and tactical HR deliverables are achieved.


Minimum Requirements

  • BA plus 6 years HR experience or Masters plus 4 years human resources experience including 4 years managerial experience

Critical Skills

  • 8+ years experience in HR roles, preferably in HR business partnership with significant  talent management, organizational development, project management and complex  change assignments
  • 3+ years of management experience

  • Proven ability to establish strong business partnerships with senior managers and operate successfully at a senior management level.
  • Detail-oriented, strong problem solving skill set with ability to develop creative solutions
  • Strong business and process knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Uses available technology to improve personal performance and ability to contribute
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.


  • 4-year degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements

  • General Office Demands
  • Office and/or Warehouse settings.
  • Travel 20%
