Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partners with Manufacturing leaders & departments in strategic HR support as needed
  • Conducts interviews to assists supervisors and managers in the candidate selection process
  • Assists in the development of orientation and training for new employees
  • Conducts exit interviews and processes required termination paperwork
  • Responsible for keeping current job descriptions on file
  • Ensures consistent enforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Conducts regular communication with employees & peers to ensure positive employee relations in an enthusiastic and proactive manner
  • Assist managers, supervisors, HR team with record keeping and documentation on employee relations issues and corrective action steps in disciplinary action process
  • Handles employee complaints, advises on problems, and recommends disciplinary actions in a prompt manner
  • Assist with performance management process and compensation planning
  • Assist employees, managers, and HR Team with benefit and compensation questions
  • Provides training and communication on HR programs, benefits and processes
  • Counsels employees regarding duties, career development, benefits programs, policies and other employment related issues
  • Tracks, maintains, and monitors data and provides necessary reports as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by the needs of the department, company or HR manager
  • Work with corporate COEs to drive HR initiatives as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required
  • 3-5 years experience in Human Resources
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS system-based software
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
