Job Description

The HR Data Management Analyst reports to the Americas ASC Data Management Lead and the purpose of this position is to support the Data Management Lead and Data Ops Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

  • Become an expert on the system/s supporting Data Management/ Data Operations.
  • Work with Data Operations team to identify potential data integrity issues and advise on appropriate audit and mitigation strategies to ensure data quality.
  • Identify and research issues/system defects.  Analyze, problem-solve and formulate resolutions through application of SOPs and best practices
  • Liaise with payroll or countries with special requirements to complete data changes.
  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure services are effectively delivered
  • Responsible for ensuring timely and quality delivery to support client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead and/or support special projects
  • Actively partner with internal stakeholders to flag any gaps in knowledge at tier 0 (HROne) and tier 1 (call scripts), support ASC Teams as required, and assist with system navigation as needed.
  • Maintains Workday inbox tasks, responsible for monitoring the assignments
  • Support special projects and/or testing
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
  • Create written communications instructing users how to use systems.
  • Manage and support any escalated or high quality CIC cases.
  • Operate in a diversified environment of language variation


What you’ll need:

  • Experience working with an HRIS system, preferably Workday
  • High School diploma required. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience working in a Shared Services environment supporting HRIS Data Management.
  • Previous experience as a systems “super-user”.
  • Ability to resolve routine problems and questions independently.
  • Excellent organization skills and strong ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage several caseloads.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to independently compose routine written communications.
  • Experience using a case management system and knowledge portal.
  • Skilled to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
