In this role, you will work to forecast and analyze labor demand plans for multiple sites across the node; ensuring candidates move through the recruiting cycle quickly enough to meet the needs of the business. Also, owning and managing the candidate pipeline from the point of application to Day 1.
Successful candidates will be a strategic and analytical thinker who can see around corners and demonstrate a passion for process improvement. This role is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. Our node teams support over 15,000 hires annually. We roll up our sleeves, work hard, have fun and make history!
