Basic purpose of the role is to understand the HRBP agenda as it is implemented for PUB Areas. Also to contribute his/her analytical skills and knowledge according to specific guidelines and internal procedures, support the business in terms of HR Administrative process and operative issues related to the Area. Operating in this framework, HRBP Administrative Analyst´s goal is to offer continuous improvement and acceleration of speed in terms of HR tools, process and analysis, along with accuracy and depth of information. Lead cross functional projects in HR structure
This position should have accountability to lead small areas, solve complex problems autonomously, and lead initiatives without the need for frequent oversight.
