Job Description

Basic purpose of the role is to understand the HRBP agenda as it is implemented for PUB Areas. Also to contribute his/her analytical skills and knowledge according to specific guidelines and internal procedures, support the business in terms of HR Administrative process and operative issues related to the Area. Operating in this framework, HRBP Administrative Analyst´s goal is to offer continuous improvement and acceleration of speed in terms of HR tools, process and analysis, along with accuracy and depth of information. Lead cross functional projects in HR structure

This position should have accountability to lead small areas, solve complex problems autonomously, and lead initiatives without the need for frequent oversight.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the effective implementation of HR initiatives from HR strategy
  • HR analysis and statistics (Assist in employee cycle process, produce statistical reports on tactical or ad hoc basis, lead entire purchase process for the area and other ad hoc)
  • This position should lead projects with multiple interfaces, both with specialist areas, all areas of BPs and external stakeholders.
  • Will have exposure with the HR director in these projects.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Business / Administration degree or quantitative degree background with an HR orientation (preferably)
  • 2- 3  years experience in data analysis, data organization, etc. at analyst level
  • Experience with HR subsystems, preferably Talent Management and Business Partner.
  • Advanced knowledge in English
  • Intermediate knowledge in Spanish (preferably)
  • Excellent Office Skills (especially in Excel)
  • Exposure in multinational company environment, understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills, able to surface the real problems and issues (in people and business context),
  • Strong numerical and quantitative reasoning, advanced spreadsheet and database capabilities
  • Sound commercial awareness and ability to relate to business needs, good understanding of business finance
