Develops and directs the company’s human resource goals and strategies to support organizational success and business operations. Provides leadership to advance the company’s vision and strategic plan. Collaborates with executive team regarding talent deployment to attain strategic objectives. Develops talent acquisition strategies and implements plans to attract internal and external talent. Oversees human resources policies and programs for the entire company, including: benefits, payroll, training, compensation, employee relations, employment, indoctrination, organizational planning and development, safety and health and statutory compliance.
