Amazon’s Global Workforce Strategy and Innovation team are seeking a motivated self-starter that can work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment to join our team of On-Road Delivery leaders, managing driver labor hiring for our Last-Mile Delivery network.
A newly formed team within Global Workforce Staffing, AGWS is pioneering solutions to our toughest workforce challenges across the globe building innovative labor models and infrastructure that improve Amazon’s employment value proposition and scale over time.
The Senior Team Lead will contribute to and execute against a driver acquisition strategy across their region and partner with the business to balance labor supply and demand.
This role has the accountability of managing the candidate pipeline from the point of application to starting on Day 1, building effective candidate attraction strategies, and is the single point of contact for driver labor in the region. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, can see around corners, be an effective and motivating leader, and demonstrate a passion for process improvement. This role is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role.
The person will be responsible for managing multiple delivery stations, likely across multi-states.
