We are looking for you as a recruiter as part of our RPO project with Novartis for an international company. Their job is the complete recruiting process for and on behalf of this client, their main task is managing positions at different levels.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work in our experienced RPO team and develop your skills.
You are responsible for the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, selection, tasks in the field of employer branding and candidate experience.
They communicate with all stakeholders including hiring managers and project managers.
You need to complete the recruitment process, from creating the requirements profile to hiring the candidates
You are responsible for the selection of recruiting channels eg social media and selecting the recruiting strategy
They use the latest and most innovative recruiting tools, for example to source or select candidates
They communicate with the Hiring Manager and support the Hiring Manager in recruiting, for example, with information about the applicant market
You are responsible for reporting and improving processes
Experience in Recruitment environment for different roles and levels
Very good communication skills on different levels with different stakeholders
Very good language skills in German and English
Very good IT knowledge in common office programs, experience with ATS systems is an advantage
